Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger is happy Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain is working with Thierry Henry.
Wenger feels Ox is benefiting from the Frenchman's influence.
"It is good for him that he has Thierry Henry at the club. Thierry knows all about the pressures facing a young player and he can help him. He can give valuable advice.
"We like to give young players a chance at Arsenal and we've shown that over the years.
"That was a factor behind Alex's decision to come here because there were other clubs who wanted to sign him as well."
