Arsenal boss Wenger happy to duck Adebayor controversy

Given their problems with Emmanuel Adebayor, Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger admits he's happy to be away from Emirates stadium this month.

The Frenchman insisted: "I am enjoying being here more because if I was in London I'd be much more confronted with that problem. Here I have a little distance from that. I know that a lot has been written, but I'm very calm because I don't know why I should be nervous!

"It's like when you take a penalty - if you're nervous it doesn't help. I have to make the right decisions and that's what I will try to do with my usual calm. The biggest challenge is to have a competitive team, no matter who is in it."
