Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger will get an up-close look at transfer target Florian Thauvin this week.
The youngster is sure to start for Champions League opponents Marseille.
Thauvin was a target for Arsenal in the summer when he made it clear he wanted to leave Lille.
Outstanding for France as they won the Under-20 World Cup, he was being chased by several clubs in England, Spain and Germany.
Arsene Wenger wanted to bring him to London and both Everton and Liverpool were keen after it became evident that Thauvin's days at Lille were numbered.
