Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger is convinced the title race could be decided by five teams.
After a bad weekend for the top two, Wenger believes there are still as many as five contenders for the title.
"It is very, very open," he told arsenal.com. "I believe Chelsea are still not completely out of it. Man City are not out of it, Tottenham has a little chance.
"It will be down to consistency. We have been remarkably consistent - if you look at our last ten games game in the league, we have been most consistent. Let's try to continue that run and we will have a chance."
Arsenal ended the weekend in a better position than they started it thanks to United's 3-1 defeat at Liverpool. But Wenger knows his side missed a golden chance to close the gap at the top to just one point when they drew 0-0 with Sunderland.
"It was two points lost because when you play at home you want to take the three points," he said. "We thought we scored a regular goal and were disallowed a penalty. The three points were in there. What diminishes the frustration is that the other teams dropped points as well, like Man United yesterday."
