Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger expects Chelsea to hang onto their stars, despite Jose Mourinho's departure.

"No, I don't believe in a player exodus at Chelsea at all," he replied when asked about Chelsea's predicament.

"It is not the job of players to keep the manager in their job. Their job is to play well for the club and honour the job they are paid for.

"I would never ask a player to play badly because I left the club. You want them to keep the club and the fans happy. That is a responsibility they have to face.

"Punctually some players are unhappy when you leave. That is normal but they still want to go out and win the game because that is their character."
