Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger sees a move for Bordeaux striker Marouane Chamakh as a non-starter.

The Morocco international has been mentioned as a January target for Wenger.

Chamakh is out of contract in June but Wenger said: "His chairman says he's not available.

"They are top of their group in the Champions League. Why sell him now?"
