Arsenal boss Wenger excited by returning attackers

Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger says Emmanuel Adebayor is back to his best.

"I believe he was like the team with a start that was not completely convincing and now he is back on track," Wenger told arsenal.com. "He looks confident and is determined again. And his body language is positive.

"He is there to get on the end of crosses, and we have a few players who can do that. Nicklas Bendtner is good in the air, Alex Song nearly scored two goals in the air so it looks all there at the moment but it's important we have the focus and we keep the drive we had on Saturday going."

With Adebayor, Cesc Fabregas and Theo Walcott back in the fold, and Robin van Persie, Eduardo, Samir Nasri and Abou Diaby all on the road to recovery, Wenger will have an embarrassment of attacking riches at his disposal. It's a prospect which excites the Frenchman.

"We have Bendtner, who has played in nearly every game recently, we have Eboue and we have Nasri, Diaby, Eduardo, Van Persie," he said. "I don't speak about Rosicky because he has not played for a long term, but we have five or six players who have not played."
