Arsenal boss Wenger excited about key players returning

Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger is excited about the prospect of having key players return from injury.

Although the Frenchman has said the club will bring in new players in the transfer window, he is just as happy for his current Gunners to return to the fray.

Eduardo, Theo Walcott, Cesc Fabregas and Tomas Rosicky are all expected back by the end of the season which pleases Wenger greatly.

"We are open [to any transfer deals] but do not forget that we have Rosicky, Fabregas and Walcott who are all creative and offensive players. They will come back at some stage," said Wenger.

"Eduardo has recovered very well and his coming back will be like a new signing as well. He will be back in two to three weeks [in the first team].

"That is like being on a transfer market for us. I believe we have a strong team and we want to do the maximum with the team we have."
