Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger will go into the summer market with the biggest transfer kitty of his career.
The Sunday Mirror says even if Arsenal fail to qualify for the Champions League for the first time in 16 years, Wenger will still get around £70million to spend.
Part of the money is already in the bank and Wenger's budget has been topped up by Arsenal's £150m Emirates deal.
The club are also set to confirm a new kit deal with Puma worth up to £170m.
Wenger will not be under pressure to sell any of his stars and will be boosted by finally getting high earners Andrey Arshavin and Sebastien Squillaci off the wage bill.
