Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger has told Barcelona president Sandro Rosell to make his mind up over Cesc Fabregas.
The Daily Express says unsettled Cesc Fabregas will again be missing when Arsenal face New York Red Bulls, Boca Juniors and Paris St-Germain during their annual pre-season tournament.
The Gunners are still demanding £40m from Barcelona for Fabregas.
Wenger is thought to have emailed Barca president Sandro Rosell claiming he will not allow the saga to drag into the start of the new Premier League season.
