Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger can't see Danny Rose ever repeating his wonder strike for Tottenham in last night's stunning 2-1 win. Rose's effort will go down as goal of the season and was branded as a 'one in a million' strike by Wenger.
"It was, yes. It gave them confidence and put them in a straight shape of defend well and get us on the break. They did that very well tonight. I believe that can happen in a football game. Where we were guilty was to give the second goal away," said the Frenchman.
Tottenham boss Harry Redknappp was thrilled with Rose's performance.
"A wonder goal - amazing," said Redknapp.
"He has a great left foot and is full of running. He will never forget that although we think he has tweaked some ligaments. Danny's a good little player - but I wouldn't like to say too much more."
It was Rose's full Premiership debut, having joined Spurs in a controversial move from Leeds United in 2007.
