Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger refuses to confirm if new chief executive Ivan Gazidis will be conducting transfer negotiations in January.
"Everybody wants me to be busy, but I do not know yet," the Frenchman told arsenal.com. "He will take over from Ken Friar, the negotiation role from me."
