Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger was coy when asked about progress over his bid for Zenit St Petersburg midfielder Andrei Arshavin.

Speaking after their narrow 1-0 win over Bolton, Wenger would only say: "When you have situations like today and have injuries on the offensive side, that can be a problem.

"We are looking and as soon as we find, we will tell everyone."
