Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger has dismissed the FA charges made against Cesc Fabregas.
Wenger has lashed out at the FA's decision to hit Fabregas with two improper conduct charges, claiming his captain is being victimised for wearing a hoodie and jeans.
One charge concerns his general aggressive manner and the other is specifically about allegations that he spat at Hull's assistant manager Brian Horton as they left the pitch.
"He will not be banned," said the Arsenal manager. "He has basically been charged with improper conduct for going on the pitch, which personally I don't understand. Maybe it's forbidden but nobody told me nobody can go on the pitch after the game.
"Certainly if he was dressed in a black tie he would not be charged. That is for sure. I can show you the tape and you will be surprised that he is charged."
