Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger isn't giving up on signing Real Madrid striker Alvaro Morata.
The Mirror says Wenger has spoken directly with Zinedine Zidane in a desperate attempt to broker a deal for Real Madrid starlet Morata.
Arsenal have been unable to agree a deal after Real Madrid demanded a buy-back clause after three years - or £25million for a straight cash deal.
That has also put off Juventus who are also keen and have offered £12m for the Spanish under-21 striker.
Arsenal boss Wenger is hoping to Real Madrid legend Zidane will help get the deal across the line.
