Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger says Carl Jenkinson is on his way to Crystal Palace.

Wenger, speaking at his press conference ahead of the Gunners' clash with Swansea, has confirmed the deal is close.

When asked if Jenkinson will leave, Wenger said: "He'll go in the next two or three days."

The Frenchman was then quizzed if Palace would be his destination, to which he replied: "You look well informed."

Jenkinson, 24, is well down the pecking order for a starting sport in Arsenal's first-team.
