Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger can see Mario Balotelli joining Chelsea.
The Gunners have been linked with a £20 million bid for the Inter Milan striker.
But Wenger expects Balotelli moving to Chelsea, insisting: "We are not interested. Chelsea can buy him."
