Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger blames Jorge Mendes for his failure to sign Diego Costa ahead of Chelsea.
Wenger admits he wanted to land the former Atletico Madrid striker over the summer.
Asked why he had miss out on both, Wenger said: "Who is the agent of Costa? Mendes, okay," referring to Blues boss Jose Mourinho's agent Jorge Mendes.
