Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger has defended his management of Aaron Ramsey.

Ramsey picked up an injury on the opening day of the season against Liverpool, and Wales manager Chris Coleman was less than impressed.

But Wenger was defensive when the comments were put to him today, and he defended his decision to play Ramsey despite his involvement at Euro 2016.

When asked why Ramsey was played in the season opener against Liverpool, he replied: "Because he didn't play the final or the semi-final."
