Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger admits Juande Ramos has transformed Tottenham into a genuine threat.
He said: "If Man United sign Dimitar Berbatov they will have the riches up front.
"Apart from that, Tottenham have signed well. If they sell Berbatov it will be a different problem. But I heard somewhere if they lose Berbatov they will buy Kanoute."
