Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger admits Mohamed Elneny is out of their Europa League clash this week.
The midfielder is battling with an ankle injury and won't be fit for the first-leg of the semifinal against Atletico Madrid on Thursday.
The Egypt international was stretchered off in the second half of our 4-1 win over West Ham United and the early signs are not good.
“It's an ankle problem that is very painful," said Wenger.
“Overall I believe that we have to wait until the X-ray to know a little more about it. But Thursday will be too soon for him."
