Arsenal boss Wenger admits concern over Cesc morale

Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger has concerns about Cesc Fabregas' morale.

The Daily Star says Cesc - who wanted to go to Barcelona last summer - has become increasingly down, with the Gunners on the brink of six years without a trophy.

His body-language in the dressing-room has not been good and it looks more likely he will leave in the summer, although Barca's interest is not as strong as a year ago.

In the build-up to tomorrow's clash with Manchester United, Wenger agreed the 23-year-old was not happy.

"It is too much for him at his age," he said.

"He is the captain of the team and Robin van Persie is vice-captain and they put a lot of pressure on themselves.

"Cesc is a winner. He wants to win, he is desperate to win the games. And of course when it does not work, he is frustrated."
