Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger has admitted his admiration for Olympique Marseille midfielder Florian Thauvin.
Wenger admits trying to buy the winger when he was with Lille and remains a big fan of the youngster.
"We were interested in him before he left Lille and have kept in touch. For me, this is one of the great hopes of French football," enthused Wenger.
"He will get better, he's only 20 years old.
"To develop further, it does not depend on his talent, but I would say it depends on his mind."
