Arsenal boss Unai Emery is exploring the prospect of signing Chelsea midfielder Ruben Loftus-Cheek in a permanent deal in January.

ESPN says the Gunners are looking at ways to land the Three Lions ace.

It is understood Emery would like Loftus-Cheek in a permanent swoop as he is a big fan of his talents.

Chelsea are only thought to be willing to let him leaving the club on a six-month loan and evaluate his position next year.

A number of Premier League clubs want the youngster, including Everton and his old side Crystal Palace.
