Valencia defender Shkodran Mustafi's contract carries a buyout clause.
The Germany international has been linked with Arsenal this week.
The Mirror says Mustafi has a release clause of €50million, but Valencia would sell him for half that as they look to recoup losses from missing out on the Champions League.
Yet despite Valencia being willing to flog the central defender, the Gunners are yet to come back again after enquiring as to the German's availability.
Mustafi, a World Cup winner, is for sale this summer if any club meets Valencia's €25million valuation. This is despite managing to squeeze €55million out of Barcelona for midfielder Andre Gomes last week.
