Arsenal attacker Oxlade-Chamberlain: Knockers don't bother me. I'm my worst critic

Arsenal attacker Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain says he's his biggest critic.

Oxlade-Chamberlain hopes to start for England against Denmark at Wembley.

He said: "I am my own harshest critic but that is always how I've gone about what I do. As soon as I finish a game I ask for the DVD straight away and go home and watch it. Whether I've had a good or bad game I'm always looking areas I can improve on.

"For me that's the way I learn best and get the best out of myself. I make sure I don't need anyone to tell me when I've done bad - I'm already on my own back.

"Usually it drives my friends mad because they've just sat and watched the whole game anyway.

"But when you're playing you don't sometimes get the time to take in everything that's happened. I like to revisit it while it's still fresh in my mind.

"I'd like to be more consistent. When you're taking people on and putting in crosses you can sometimes it can be hard to replicate that."
