Arsenal are stepping up Jack Wilshere's return to the first team.

The Daily Mail says Arsenal will arrange a behind-closed-doors friendly during the international break to help Wilshere and Bacary Sagna recover from long-term injury.

Wilshere has not played a first-team match since July 31, 2011, owing to ankle, foot and knee problems, while Sagna has not featured since breaking a leg against Norwich in May.
