Aaron Ramsey believes the current Arsenal squad could do with a few new additions before the end of August.
After the Welshman guided the Gunners into the Champions League group stage with a brace in Tuesday night's 2-0 second leg win over Fenerbahce to win 5-0 on aggregate, he suggested that perhaps manager Arsene Wenger could go after one or two players to help strengthen the group.
"We have a lot of quality in the team at the moment but maybe we're a bit short on numbers," he told ITV.
"Maybe that's what teams like Manchester City and Manchester United have done ever so well over the last few years is rotate - and maybe we're a bit short on that.
"Maybe a few additions to the squad will help us rotate and can help us push on."
