London rivals Arsenal and Tottenham will battle it out for Chelsea midfielder Joe Cole reports suggest. The 28-year old, who is expected to be named in England's World Cup squad on Tuesday, is out of contract at Stamford Bridge at the end of the month and it looks likely that he will leave the club.
