Arsenal centre-forward Olivier Giroud is proud of his strike rate in the Premier League.
Despite the goalscoring of Tottenham striker Harry Kane and Chelsea's Diego Costa, Giroud actually boasts the best strike-rate this season of a goal every 97 minutes.
He told RMC: "I saw that statistic. It is interesting. It means that there is a progression since I arrived at Arsenal (in 2012). This is perhaps my best period. I have to continue like that.
"I do not want to stop there. I scored 16 or 17 goals in the league last year. I would like to do better and especially help the team achieve our goals.
"I have improved in a lot of areas of my game. I want to continue. I can still do better. That still leaves me to work hard during the years ahead of me."
