Arsenal ace Andrey Arshavin has played down going first, insisting Chelsea remain the Premiership's top team.
It was a crushing home 3-0 defeat by the Blues in November that led many to write off Arsenal's chances of winning the title. But an eight-match unbeaten run in the League since has put them top for the first time since the opening weekend of the season.
But Arshavin said: "I think that Chelsea still top the table. They have not played their game yet. Let's see what happens then."
Despite previous criticisms of Arsenal being brittle, Arshavin hailed the calm way they went about salvaging the result against a physical Bolton side on Wednesday.
"We were definitely not in a state of shock," he said. "It was an unpleasant situation we put ourselves in. The more important thing is that we were able to deal with this problem.
"In the second half we tried to play our own football from the start, our attacks and combinations turned out well.
"I am glad that we showed our character and were able to score exactly the right number of goals for the victory."
