Arsenal have agreed terms with Besiktas over the departure of David Ospina,
Fanatik says the Gunners have given the Colombian the green light to sign for the Super Lig side but are holding out over a higher buyout clause.
The north London outfit want to slap a £7.1million price tag on the goalkeeper but the Black Eagles would prefer to pay £2million less for a permanent move next summer.
Ospina had made only 11 appearances for the Gunners in the last three campaigns.
Joel Campbell and Carl Jenkinson are also said to be surplus to requirements.
