Bologna director Renzo Menarini insists coach Daniele Arrigoni's job is safe.

"We had a difficult start to the campaign because we have been facing good teams - it's a challenging fixture list," Menarini stressed after three consecutive defeats.

"We have to take on the challenge with dignity. Maybe we threw away a game yesterday, but that doesn't mean that the Coach is called into question.

"Whatever the journalists say, the position of Arrigoni isn't in jeopardy."
