Chelsea football chief Frank Arnesen is waiting for the go-ahead to sign Corinthians teenage midfielder Lulinha.
Arnesen has held talks with Lulinha's agent and is pressing for Chelsea to cough up the cash needed to secure the youngster, says the Independent.
