The agent of Ajax striker Arkadiusz Milik admits several major clubs have been in contact.

The young Pole has been linked with Arsenal, Liverpool and Lazio in recent days.

David Przemyslaw Pantak told Lalaziosiamonoi.it: "This season Milik has scored 19 goals and had eleven assists, the last season he scored 23 goals in 33 games in all competitions.

"He is only 22, but has already scored important goals even with the Polish team, like the ones he scored against Germany, Scotland and Switzerland.

"It is understandable that there are these rumors. Milik is carefully observed by some top European clubs, but in the coming weeks he wants to concentrate fully on the Eredivisie to bring back the title into the hands of Ajax.

"After doing this, he will compete in the biggest tournament of his career: Euro 2016."
