Argentine legend Cesar Menotti has taken a swipe at Jose Mourinho's Real Madrid.

Menotti admits he's no fan of Real's style of play.

He told Marca: "I do not like how Madrid plays, which does not mean they're doing wrong. Play either way, because you cannot play poorly with those players. With great musicians, you cannot tune. But if there is a great director, the orchestra sounds good and nothing else.

"Madrid can play much better than it plays. I say this with respect for Mourinho, of course. Each plays as he wants."
