Argentine legend Menotti: Maradona must not rely on Barcelona’s Messi
Former Argentina coach Cesar Luis Menotti says Diego Maradona's team depend too much on Barcelona star Lionel Messi.
Menotti says Messi is "a luxury player" and that "you cannot build your hopes around one player who may or may not play like he does for Barcelona".
"There are already good players in the team. I do not doubt anyone, they can win a game. And we have Messi, who is becoming closer to what he looks like at Barca," added the veteran coach.
