Having just signed a deal with West Australian club Mandurah, Argentine Rafael Insaurralde aspires to win a contract with Perth Glory. Insaurralde moved to Australia in 2007 after marrying an Argentine-Australian and signed with Floreat Athena before his move to Mandurah.

Previously, the 30-year old played in Argentina's second division for seven years before he moved to Malaysia to play in the super premier league for a season.

With limited English, Insaurralde let's his playing do the talking and is eager to play in the A-League.

He believes his move to Mandurah will help him achieve that goal and he likened the city to back home.

"Kids are always playing football and it's good and how it should be," he said.
