Argentina coach Gerardo Martino hailed Manchester United winger Angel di Maria after his superb performance in their friendly win at Germany. United's £60million summer signing bagged a hat-trick of assists and scored himself as Argentina avenged their World Cup final woe with a 4-2 win against Germany in Dusseldorf.
Martino said: "Di Maria is one of the best four or five players in the world and so his performance didn't surprise me.
"His absence there was noticeable."
