The agent of Arda Turan has reaffirmed their intentions to stay with Barcelona.

Ahmet Bulut insists Turan is eager to play for new Barca coach Ernesto Valverde.

"Nobody from Barça has been in touch to say that Arda is transferable. So for the moment our plan is to continue here next season.

"I've not spoken with any club from anywhere in the world [about a transfer]. But if Barça say they don't count on Arda, then it will be another story," Bulut said.

"Arda has three years on his contract. He's happy in Barcelona. It's true it's not been an easy season for him because he suffered injuries and the second half of the season wasn't too good... but Arda is happy. And, of course, he likes the appointment of Ernesto Valverde as coach."
