Real Madrid fullback Alvaro Arbeloa has apologised to teammate Iker Casillas. He has apologised on Twitter for the retweet he made days earlier about a book which discussed the possibility of a shake-up in the 'Merengue' ranks and which doled out some harsh criticism for Casillas.

Arbeloa later tweeted: "I've never spoken ill of a teammate and, of course, on this occasion I had no intention of doing so through others."
