Real Betis are the subject of takeover interest from Arab businessman Humaid Bin Rashid Al Nuaimi.
The Sheikh is offering £80 million to take control of Betis from current chairman Manuel Ruiz de Lopera.
However, the buyout could be scuppered if Betis fail to beat the drop this season.
