Anzhi, Zenit circle Arsenal for Arshavin

A return to Russia could be on for Arsenal midfielder Andrey Arshavin.

Mega-rich Anzhi Makhachkala swooped for the Arsenal winger yesterday, while Zenit St Petersburg are also interested.

Arshavin, 30, is in the squad for tonight's trip to Bolton.

But as the Russian transfer window does not close until February 24, £5million-rated Arshavin could switch then.
