Anzhi yet to put money on table for Man City rebel Tevez

Anzhi are yet to make a formal bid for Manchester City rebel Carlos Tevez.

The Daily Mail says Anzhi remain hopeful of signing Tevez, although Manchester City’s rebel striker is weighing up his options, with the transfer window still open in several countries.

Anzhi, who signed Samuel Eto’o and Yuri Zhirkov last summer, can match Tevez’s £198,000-a-week wages but have yet to make a formal offer to City, who value him at £30m.
