Anzhi willing to pay Man City's Tevez €300,000-a-week

Anzhi Makhachkala are preparing a bid for Manchester City rebel Carlos Tevez.

The Russian transfer window doesn't shut for a couple of weeks and Anzhi have already made contact with Tevez's camp about moving to Russia.

Anzhi are prepared to pay Tevez a stunning €300,000-a-week to convince him to continue his career in Eastern Europe, says Gazzetta dello Sport.

Tevez failed to get his dream move to AC Milan before Tuesday's winter market deadline fell, leaving him in limbo.
