The London Evening Standard says Anzhi are ready to offer Tottenham defender Kaboul a £4m annual salary after tax if they can persuade Spurs to sell, according to reports in France.
Anzhi want first refusal on Kaboul but Tottenham are unwilling to allow the France international to leave.
