Antony Evans has signed pro terms with Everton.
The attacking midfielder, who turned 17 just over a fortnight ago, has impressed for both the Under-18s and Under-21s so far this campaign.
And Evans, who has been with the Blues Academy since the age of nine, says he was delighted to put pen to paper.
“It's a dream come true and all I've wanted since I was a kid starting out playing football," he told evertontv.
“The senior players are like idols, so it's been great to be playing with them because you become a better player yourself.
“The jump from the Under-18s to the Under-21s is massive. Going between the two is difficult, but it's really good experience and I'm thankful for it.
“The next aim is definitely to establish myself in the Under-21s side and get as many games as possible with them."
