Antonio Adan has said his farewell to Real Madrid.
The goalkeeper was granted a free transfer by Real this week.
"After 16 years I have brought to an end my time in this my second home: REAL MADRID CF.
"A time and place in which I have grown, as a person and player.
"In my 26 years I have a long road ahead in the belief that the best is yet to come.
"A few have walked beside me for a significant part of my life, my sincere thanks for your dedication and support and my teammates until a few hours, I wish you every success.
"To the whole family of Madrid ... a hug, friends."
