AC Milan fullback Luca Antonini says they must beat Inter at all costs.

"I'd be happy to win in any way, even if Christian Abbiati has to score the winner," Antonini said on Radio Kiss Kiss.

"The derby is such an important game to us because we want to get to within five points of top spot. Therefore the three points are essential.

"There are lots of games left in the championship but beating Inter would be an important step forward. Of course we will fight to the end.

"I hope that Ronaldinho can be decisive, as he was in the first meeting, but I don't care how we win as long as we do."
