Real Madrid's interest in Standard Liege striker Milan Jovanovic has come from Radomir Antic.
Antic is close to Real sports chief Predrag Mijatovic and has urged his good friend to consider the Serbia striker for next month's market.
Standard chief Pierre Francois confirmed yesterday they were in talks with Real about a possible sale.
